Stephen Robertson, Chairman of the Board & President
Corporate Business Owner, Executive and International Business Constultant. CPA, CGMA (Charter Global Management Accountant), BBA-Marshall University, MBA- Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Steve was a CPA with Ernst & Ernst, Winston-Salem, NC (1974-77); Executive VP, Treasurer and CFO of Summit Communications, Winston-Salem, NC [owner and operator of Radio Stations, Cable TV Systems and Cellular Telephone companies] (1977-1987); Owner, CEO and Treasurer of NewMarket Media Corp, Advance, NC [co-owner and operator of AM & FM Radio Stations in the Top 50 US Markets – in Winston-Salem/Greensboro/High Point, NC; Oklahoma City, OK; Memphis, TN and New Orleans, LA] (1987-1995) and President and CEO, Robertson Airtech International [international design/build mechanical contractor and service company] (1991-Present), Chairman & Senior Consultant, Lead International UK.

Steve serves on various Corporate (Public and Non-public) and Non-Profit Organizations’ Boards to include: Southern Community Bank & Trust Company (Public – sold March 2013), Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center Board of Directors (currently Vice-Chairman), North Carolina Baptist Hospital Board of Trustees; Lead International Board of Directors (Chairman) [International Management Consulting Company headquartered in London with offices throughout the Middle East, India and other countries], Davie County Emergency Health Corporation Board of Trustees (Davie County Hospital), Davie County Economic Development Commission Board Member and several other Non-Profit Boards located in the Triad, NC area. Steve is also owner and/or investor in a number of other companies – all contained under The Robertson Group and Affiliated Companies “umbrella” headquartered in Mocksville, North Carolina. Steve owns other businesses which are specific to real estate development, residential & commercial construction, government and military contracting, sporting goods, horse breeding and training to mention a few. Steve is married to Jean P. Robertson (formerly Jean S. Price of Clemmons, NC) who will celebrate their 42nd wedding anniversary in November. Steve & Jean (“Jeanne”) have four children (Mark, Suzy, Amy and Jeff). Steve enjoys golf, the outdoors, business consulting, international travel.

Gary Baldwin, Executive VP–Consulting
Mr. Baldwin is a business executive with over 38 years of business experience.  Prior to forming Prism Consulting, Gary held the position of Vice President, Industry Leader North America, at Capgemini, one of the worlds largest consulting companies. Mr. Baldwin was also a Partner with Ernst&Young prior to the acquisition of Ernst&Young’s consulting practice by Capgemini. His primary areas of specialization are Transformational Consulting, Strategic Planning, ERP and Supply Chain Management.  His experience covers a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer products and transportation.  Mr. Baldwin also served in an advisory role for Capgemini’s clients’ senior executives assisting them with their transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Ernst&Young’s Consulting Practice, Mr. Baldwin was responsible for the Product Development Group for one of the world’s largest independent software companies.  Mr. Baldwin also served in other management positions in the manufacturing industry.  He has conducted a number of engagements for Fortune 500 companies that are both domestic and international in scope. Mr. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Winston-Salem State University.  He also holds the APICS certification.

Stephen Collins, Director–Training & Program Development
Steve has spent the last twenty years focusing on leadership development and business consulting in China and the Middle East. He has served as Regional Director for Management Technologies International and Managing Director for International Business Associates. He received his MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University, and is a certified Leadership Coach.

Jason Cox, Director–Regional Business Development MENA
Jason has 12 years of experience in international marketing and business development in both a corporate and small business environment. Prior to launching the LEAD Lebanon office in 2006, Jason held positions with other regional consulting companies specializing in leadership development. He received his International MBA from the University of Memphis in 1998.
